- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 2 medium onions
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
Directions

1Chop onions.

2Cut chicken into pieces approximately 1 x 1/2 x 1/2-inch.

3Preheat oil in large frying pan.

4Put onions in hot oil and fry on medium heat until golden brown.

5Add chicken; fry 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

6Add salt, pepper and sour cream; stir and fry for 3 minutes.

7Serve with mashed potatoes. Makes 3 to 4 servings.
