  • 1/4 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms, drain and reserve liquid
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 c. cut up chicken, cooked
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. Light and Fluffy egg noodles
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine

Directions

    Cook and stir onion and mushrooms in 1 tablespoon margarine in 10-inch skillet until onion is tender, about 5 minutes.

    Stir in milk, soup and reserved mushroom liquid.

    Stir in chicken.
