- 3 lb. chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Pepperidge Farm herbal stuffing mix
- 1 stick melted margarine
- 2 c. chicken broth
Directions

1Cook chicken until well done and remove skin and bones.

2Tear in small pieces and place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or use a small and a large casserole dish.

3Freeze one for later use.

4Combine soups and milk and pour over chicken.

5Mix stuffing, margarine and broth; spoon on top of the casserole.

6Bake at 375°, uncovered, for 20 minutes.
