Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken, Cubed
  • 1 green bell pepper, Sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper, Sliced
  • 12 onion, Chopped
  • 12 cup mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, Chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) can black olives
  • 6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 5 tablespoons Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups rice

Directions

    Put EVOO in pan with cubed chicken, onion, and garlic.

    Cook over medium heat until chicken is no longer pink.

    Season with 1/2 Chicken seasoning.

    While chicken is cooking, seed your bell peppers and slice into strips.

    Add all veggies and the rest of the chicken seasoning.

    Cover and simmer over medium-low heat for 20 minutes.

    Cook rice according to package.

    Serve over rice.

    (Make sure you get some of the evoo on your rice or it will taste dry).
