Chicken Stuffed Shells

  • 4 cups cooked and drained chicken
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup chopped celery
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 8 oz. frozen peas (optional)
  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing (prepared)
  • 1 box jumbo shells (cook al dente)
  • 2 cans of condensed chicken or mushroom soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 cup sour cream

Directions

    Mix first 5 ingredients with stuffing. Stuff shells. Combine soups and water and sour cream. Spray dish with Pam (dish big enough to hold 25-30 shells). Put some soup in bottom of dish. Lay shells in single layer and top with remaining soup. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
