- 1 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cans water
- 1 16 oz. Stove Top Stuffing
- 1 box jumbo shells
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- parmesan cheese
Directions

1In a large bowl combine soup and water.

2Cook shells according to directions of package.

3Prepare stuffing according to package directions.

4Combine chicken, stuffing and mayo.

5Pour about 2 c. of soup mix on the bottom of a 9 X 13 pan.

6Stuff shells with chicken mixture.

7Layer in pan.

8Pour remaining soup on top.

11Best if made the day before. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
