Chicken Stuffing Bake

  • 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. milk
  • 1 (7 oz.) pkg. herb seasoned stuffing mix
  • 2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
  • 2 c. cooked broccoli florets
  • 2 stalks celery, finely chopped
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese (6 oz.), divided

    Preheat oven to 375°.

    In a large bowl, stir soup until smooth. Gradually stir in milk.

    Add stuffing mix, chicken, broccoli, celery and 1 cup of the cheese.

    Spread mixture in greased baking dish.

    Bake 20 minutes. Top with remaining cheese. Bake until cheese melts.
