  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 None breaded chicken fillets
  • 1 tsp wasabi
  • 1/4 cup dijonnaise
  • 1 None baguette, cut into 4 pieces, halved lengthwise
  • 4 leaves iceberg lettuce, shredded
  • 4 None tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 oz reduced-fat Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 tbsp reduced-fat ranch dressing

Directions

    Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Add chicken fillets and cook for 8 mins, until golden on both sides. Let rest for 5 mins. Chop coarsely.

    Meanwhile, whisk together wasabi and dijonnaise. Spread over bread. Fill each sandwich with lettuce, tomatoes, chicken and cheese. Season. Drizzle dressing over top and serve.
