  • chicken breasts, boned and halved
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese, quartered
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 can milk
  • 3/4 stick margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix

Directions

    Arrange chicken in a baking dish.

    Place the Swiss cheese on top of the chicken.

    Mix together the cream of chicken soup and 1/2 can milk over low heat.

    Pour mixture over the chicken and Swiss cheese.

    Combine the melted margarine and the stuffing mix. Spoon mixture over the chicken.

    Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. Serves 4.
