- 1 1/2 c. uncooked long grain rice
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 4 chicken breasts, halved
- 1 pkg. dehydrated onion soup
- 2 cans mushroom soup
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- paprika
Directions

1Grease casserole well.

2Spread rice in casserole and add water.

3Place chicken breasts on rice.

4Cover with onion soup, mushroom soup, parsley and sprinkle with paprika.

5Bake at 350° for 2 hours.
