- 1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
- 1 can French-style green beans, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) sharp cheese, grated
- 2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)
Directions

1Cook rice according to directions on box.

2Combine ingredients, except cheese, stirring lightly.

3Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

4Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
