Ingredients

  • 1 (6 oz.) box Uncle Ben's long grain and wild rice
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts, drained
  • 1 (2 to 2 1/2 lb.) chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
  • 1 can French-style green beans, drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) sharp cheese, grated
  • 2 Tbsp. pimento (optional)

Directions

    Cook rice according to directions on box.

    Combine ingredients, except cheese, stirring lightly.

    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
