- 2 cups Brown Rice
- 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
- 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Diced
- 23 cups Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
- 13 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 cups Broccoli (frozen)
Directions

1Cook rice according to package directions.

2When its done, set it aside.

3Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.

4Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring a few times so all sides cook.

5Add teriyaki and soy sauce to chicken.

6Bring to a boil and stir in broccoli.

7Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

8Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.

9Serve over rice.
