Chicken Teriyaki

  • 2 cups Brown Rice
  • 1 Tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 1 pound Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Diced
  • 23 cups Low Sodium Teriyaki Sauce
  • 13 cups Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 2 cups Broccoli (frozen)

Directions

    Cook rice according to package directions.

    When its done, set it aside.

    Heat oil in skillet over medium high heat.

    Add chicken and cook for 7 minutes, stirring a few times so all sides cook.

    Add teriyaki and soy sauce to chicken.

    Bring to a boil and stir in broccoli.

    Reduce heat to low, cover and cook for 5 minutes.

    Remove from heat and leave covered for 5 minutes.

    Serve over rice.
