- 2 Tablespoons Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cups Mirin
- 1 teaspoon Granulated White Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Oil (vegetable Or Canola)
- 2 pieces Boneless Chicken Breasts (Medium Size, About 1/2-pound Each, Or A Little Less)
- 3 stalks Scallions, Roughly Chopped
Directions

1To make the sauce, mix soy sauce, mirin and sugar.

2Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.

3Heat the oil in a pan over high heat.

4Add chicken breasts, cover with a lid and cook for about 3 minutes.

5Turn the chicken breasts over, cover and cook for another 3 minutes.

6Lower the heat to medium and cook for another 2 minutes.

7Add the teriyaki sauce, flip the chicken over and cook for 3 minutes.

8Flip one last time, cover and cook for 3 minutes.

9Plate and serve with scallions and leftover sauce.
