Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen broccoli spears
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Tbsp. curry powder
- 1/2 c. shredded sharp cheese
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. cracker crumbs in melted margarine for topping
Directions

1Cook broccoli as directed on package until almost done.

2Cut each spear across the middle to make it easier to serve.

3Place in large flat Pyrex baking dish.

4Boil chicken breasts in water until tender.

5Bone breasts and cut into pieces and place on top of broccoli.

6Combine soup (undiluted), mayonnaise, curry powder, cheese and lemon juice.

7Stir over heat until cheese melts.

8Pour over chicken and broccoli.

9Top with buttered crumbs.

10Bake at 350°

11for 30 to 45 minutes.

12This is just as good with dark meat also.

13I use less curry powder and taste as I add it.
