- 4 c. cut up cabbage
- 2 c. chopped tomatoes
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 diced green pepper
Directions

1Boil cabbage until tender; add salt before boiling.

2Butter baking dish.

3Make layers of cabbage and cracker crumbs.

4Sprinkle a little sugar and pepper.

5Add a few squares of butter.

6Add another layer of the same order.

7Add layers until the amount is reached.

8Pour enough hot milk in to cover layers.

9Bake at 375° until thick and brown on top, 45 minutes. Good served with pork.
