- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash pepper
- 12 cup milk
- 2 cups chicken, cooked & chopped
- 1 14 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 count) can refrigerated biscuits
Directions

1Blend margarine, flour and seasonings in saucepan.

2Add milk, blending well.

3Cook until thickened, stirring constantly.

4Stir in chicken and cheese.

5Press biscuits into 5-inch circles.

6Top each with 1/4 cup chicken mixture.

7Fold to enclose filling, sealing edges.

8Place on baking sheet.

9Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
