  • 300 g boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 teaspoons garlic (crushed)
  • 4 teaspoons ginger (crushed)
  • 6 teaspoons black pepper
  • 2 teaspoons red chilies
  • salt (to taste)
  • oil (for frying)
