Chicken Vegetable Saute

Ingredients
- 2 tsp. margarine, divided
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 c. cut up broccoli
- 1/2 c. sliced carrots
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 c. cream of broccoli soup
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Cook chicken in skillet 10 minutes or until browned on both sides.

2Remove chicken, keep warm.

3Using same skillet, cook broccoli, carrots and mushrooms 5 minutes, stirring often.

4Stir in soup, milk and pepper; heat to boiling.

5Put chicken back in skillet and reduce heat to low, simmer 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender.

6Garnish with lemon slices.
