  • 1 large can tomatoe sauce
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 onion, cut into rings
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 1/2 tsp. thyme
  • 4 garlic bulbs, chopped
  • 6 medium potatoes, cut in cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
