- 3 c. cubed, cooked chicken
- 4 medium carrots, cut into chunks
- 2 medium red potatoes, cut in chunks
- 3 celery ribs, sliced
- 1 c. (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 2/3 c. water
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Place chicken in a greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.

2Top with the carrots, potatoes and celery.

3Combine the soup, water, salt and pepper.

4Pour over vegetables.

5Cover and bake at 350° for 60 to 75 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
