- 2 whole chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onion
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. seedless green grapes, halved
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- hot cooked rice
Directions

1Skin and bone chicken; cut into 1-inch pieces.

2In wok or skillet, melt butter over medium heat.

3Stir-fry mushrooms and onions, about 2 minutes.

4Add chicken and stir-fry about 5 minutes.

5Blend broth and flour.

6Add to chicken and vegetables. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.

7Stir in grapes and wine; heat through.

8Serve over rice.
