Ingredients
- 2 whole, large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. sliced, fresh mushrooms
- 2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
- 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. seedless grapes (green), halved
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- hot, cooked rice
Directions

1Skin, halve and bone chicken breasts.

2Cut into strips; set aside.

3In skillet, melt butter over medium-high heat.

4Saute mushrooms and onions 2 minutes.

5Add chicken strips and saute for 5 minutes.

6Blend chicken broth and flour; add to chicken in pan until thick and bubbly.

7Cook and stir 1 minute.

8Stir in grapes and wine.
-
9Heat through.
-
10Serve over hot rice.
