- 6 large boned chicken breasts
- 6 slices ham or 12 slices Canadian bacon
- 6 slices bacon
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
Directions

1Arrange 12 half slices of ham or Canadian bacon in shallow baking dish.

2Place half breast of chicken on each slice and top with a half slice of bacon.

3Put, uncovered, in 350° oven and bake for 30 minutes.

4Meanwhile, mix sour cream and soup.

5After chicken has baked for 30 minutes.

6Pour soup and cream mixture over it and bake 30 minutes more.

7Serve with rice.
