- 1/2 c. maple flavored syrup
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 1/2 lb. chicken wings, tips removed
Directions

1In a saucepan, mix the syrup, catsup, soy sauce, mustard, ginger and garlic powder.

2Bring to a boil; cook over medium heat about 6 minutes.

3Cut wings in halves at joint.

4Place skin side down on foil-lined jelly roll pan.

5Pour sauce over chicken, coating evenly.

6Cover.

7Refrigerate several hours or overnight. Turn chicken skin side up.

8Bake at 400° for 45 to 60 minutes, spooning sauce occasionally.

9Serve hot with remaining sauce or serve cold.

10Makes 8 to 10 appetizer servings.
