  • 1 pkg. chicken wings
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. m.s.g.
  • 1/2 c. chopped green onion

Directions

    Mix all ingredients with chicken wings and marinate in refrigerator overnight.

    Bake in uncovered pan in single layers at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.

    Stir midway through.
