Ingredients

  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. orange juice or 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard or 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 2 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/4 c. cooking wine (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except chicken wings. Split chicken wings.

    Place marinade into large bowl or Ziploc bag.

    Add chicken wings. Marinate overnight. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Turn wings over 1/2 through cooking.
