- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp. ginger
Directions

1Combine ingredients.

2Wash and cut chicken wings.

3Soak overnight in sauce in large Ziploc bag.

4Place broiler rack 7 inches from heat.

5Broil for 10 minutes on each side.

6After browned, turn oven down to 350° and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
