  • 3 lb. chicken wings, cut at sections
  • 1/4 c. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. ginger

    Combine ingredients.

    Wash and cut chicken wings.

    Soak overnight in sauce in large Ziploc bag.

    Place broiler rack 7 inches from heat.

    Broil for 10 minutes on each side.

    After browned, turn oven down to 350° and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until done.
