- 12 chicken wings
- oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. hot sauce
Directions

1Cut chicken wings in half.

2Mix flour, cayenne pepper, salt, paprika and garlic salt together.

3Put oil in frying pan.

4Fry chicken pieces until about done (10 to 20 minutes).

5Take out and put in ovenproof pan.

6Mix sauce and hot sauce together.

7Baste chicken with sauce mixture.

8Put in 350° oven until it starts to get crispy, 5 to 10 minutes.

9Turn over and repeat.

10Take out and enjoy.
