  • 12 chicken wings
  • oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 c. barbecue sauce
  • 1 to 2 Tbsp. hot sauce

Directions

    Cut chicken wings in half.

    Mix flour, cayenne pepper, salt, paprika and garlic salt together.

    Put oil in frying pan.
  4. 4
    Fry chicken pieces until about done (10 to 20 minutes).

    Take out and put in ovenproof pan.

    Mix sauce and hot sauce together.

    Baste chicken with sauce mixture.

    Put in 350° oven until it starts to get crispy, 5 to 10 minutes.

    Turn over and repeat.

    Take out and enjoy.
