  • 1 small head cauliflower
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 2 small onions, sliced
  • 2/3 c. mayo or salad dressing
  • 1/3 c. vegetable oil
  • 1/3 c. apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
