- 18 chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
- 3 green onions, cut up
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 1/3 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Directions

1Cut wing tips off at the joint.

2Cut each wing in half at joint.

3In Dutch oven, in hot oil and high heat, cook chicken wings and green onions, stirring constantly, for 7 minutes. Reduce heat to medium.

4Add soy sauce and remaining ingredients. Stir well.

5Cover and cook for 25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Uncover and cook for 10 minutes longer, stirring frequently, until almost all liquid is absorbed (18 drumettes can be substituted for chicken wings).
