- 1 cube butter
- 1/2 c. soy sauce
- 2 or 3 green onions, chopped
- 1 small can mushrooms
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 3 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 4 to 5 lbs. chicken wings
Directions

1Cut tips of chicken wings and discard.

2Cut in half.

3Brown in butter and garlic.

4Add soy sauce; cover and simmer on low for 1 1/2 hours.

5Sprinkle sugar on top.

6Tilt lid and continue simmering 1/2 hour more.

7Add onion and mushrooms last 5 minutes.
