  • 2.2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp steak seasoning
  • 2-3 tbsp hot sauce

Directions

    1. To the chicken wings add the hot sauce and the Stake Seasoning, let it marinate for a couple of hours or longer

    2. Add the remaining ingredients to the flour

    3. Heat enough oil to 325 F

    4. Coat the chicken wings with the flour mix and drop into the hot oil cook until the chicken is cooked (golden brown)

    5. In a wide pan add the Teriyaki Sauce (PLEASE LOOK FOR RECIPE IN MY POSTS) until you see small bubbles now add the wings and let them coat well

    6. Garnish with green onions and serve

    7. Alternately you can just dip the wings in the sauce
