  • 2 to 3 lbs wings or legs
  • 1 c cornstarch
  • 2 eggs
  • garlic salt
  • Sauce
  • 3/4 c sugar
  • 1/2 rice vinegar
  • 1/4 c crushed pineapple
  • 3 to 4 T ketchup
  • 1 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 t salt

Directions

    Rub garlic salt on chicken wings and let stand for a while.

    Mix cornstarch with chicken in paper bag and shake.

    Dip coated chicken in beaten eggs and deep fry.

    Heat sauce and pour over chicken.

    bake at 350 for about an hour., turning once.
