  • 24 whole wings (5 lb.), cut in half
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1 c. water
  • 1/4 c. oil
  • 1/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice

    Mix all ingredients and pour over wings for at least 3 hours; overnight is better.

    Line cookie sheet (with sides) with foil and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
