  • 3 to 4 lb. chicken wings
  • 1/3 c. soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp. each: brown sugar, white sugar and vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken wings.

    Marinate overnight.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    (Can be kept warm in a crock-pot after cooking.)
