  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups seasoned breadcrumbs (homemade is best)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 2 teaspoons low sodium chicken bouillon (I use Knorr)
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons melted butter
  • 2 -3 fresh basil leaves (1 tap, if using dried)

    Preheat oven to 375.

    Flatten chicken to 1/2 inch.

    Dip in beaten egg and coat with homemade bread crumbs.

    Place on cookie sheet and drizzle with melted butter.

    Heat evaporated milk, chicken flavor, and flour.
