  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 pkg. broccoli (frozen or fresh)
  • soy sauce
  • 1 c. uncooked rice

    Cut up chicken into bite size pieces.

    Stir-fry the chicken and onion in the olive oil.

    Lower the heat.

    Add broccoli and cover, stirring occasionally.
