- 1 lb. chicken breast
- 1 to 2 tsp. oregano
- salt
- pepper
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Skin and remove bones from chicken.

2Rub oregano, salt and pepper into chicken.

3Place in a covered casserole.

4Sprinkle lemon juice over chicken.

5Cover.

6Bake at 425° for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350°.

7Continue baking for 30 minutes.

8You may remove cover for last 10 minutes to brown, but meat may dry out. Spoon juice over chicken.
