- 5 to 8 chicken breasts
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of celery or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. each: sauteed onions and celery
- buttered toast
- 1 c. pecans
Directions

1Poach chicken breasts.

2Remove meat and put in baking dish. Mix soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, onions and celery.

3Pour over chicken.

4On top, put buttered toast, cut in pieces, and pecans. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
