Chicken With Stuffing

  • 8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts or whatever pieces you prefer
  • 8 slices American cheese (1 slice on each piece)
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can white wine
  • 2 c. Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix (blue bag)
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Place slice of cheese on top of each piece.

    Stir soup and wine together and pour over chicken.

    Sprinkle stuffing mix over chicken.

    Melt margarine and drizzle over stuffing.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
