  • 2 Large, Sweet Onions (Peruvian, Walla/Walla, Vidalia)
  • 1 clove garlic, pressed and chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh Thyme, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
  • 1.5 teaspoons of dried oregano from stick
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons Red Wine Vinegar or Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash
  • Pepper and Salt
  • Light Sour Cream
  • 1 tablespoon chives minced
