Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken cutlets
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 1/3 c. onion, chopped
- 1 large clove garlic, minced
- 5 oz. white wine
- 5 oz. chicken broth
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. Grey Poupon
- salt and pepper to taste
- milk
- flavored bread crumbs
Directions

1Dip chicken breasts in milk and flavored bread crumbs.

2Fry in oil.

3Remove from pan.

4Add garlic and onion to pan drippings. Saute until soft.

5Add wine and bring to boil.

6Blend cornstarch with broth and add to pan.

7Bring to boil and add mustard.

8Cook until slightly thickened.
-
9Put chicken in baking pan and pour sauce over.

10Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.

11Serves 4.
