  • 20 to 25 chicken fryer wings
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. soy sauce
  • 1/4 c. pineapple juice
  • 1/4 c. salad oil
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. ginger

Directions

    Break apart chicken wings on first and second joints. (Discard tips or cook with onion, salt and celery for chicken broth.)

    Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in large, shallow dish.

    Cover and refrigerate overnight.

    Bake, uncovered, on a flat cookie sheet, 10 x 15 x 1-inch, at 350° for 45 minutes or until tender and brown.
