- 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 tablespoon lime juice, freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2While chickpeas are in a colander, pat them dry with a paper towel to remove excess water.

3In a large mixing bowl, toss chickpeas with the lime juice, olive oil, and seasonings.

4Place chickpeas in a single layer on a baking sheet.

5Bake for 35-40 minutes or until crisp and golden brown.
