- 1/2 t crushed red pepper
- s&p
- 2 cans low sodium chick peas, rinsed (about 3 cups)
- 1/4 cup parsley, finely chopped
- 1 shallot, finely diced
- 1 red pepper, finely diced
- 15 green or kalamata olives pitted & halved
- 8 oz. snow peas, blanched and cut on the diagonal in slivers
