- 8 oz. spaghetti, cooked and drained
- 1 (15 oz.) can chili beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 medium onion
- 1 to 2 celery stalks
- tomato and/or V-8 juice
- salt and pepper
- shredded cheese (optional)
Directions

1Brown beef, onion and celery until done.

2Cook spaghetti as per box; rinse with cold water.

3Add spaghetti, beans and juices, salt and pepper to ground beef mixture.

4Pour into casserole and microwave on High for 15 to 20 minutes.

5Sprinkle with cheese if desired.

6Serve with garlic toast.
