  • 1 12 lbs ground chuck
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 (15 ounce) cansspicy chili beans
  • 2 (15 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 4 (15 ounce) cans water
  • 1 package chili sauce mix (The size of a powered gravy mix)
  • 13 package Bloomers chile spice (Not sure if it is available worldwide. Just add your favorite)
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • salt & pepper
  • red pepper flakes
  • 1 (8 ounce) package spaghetti

    Brown ground chuck, onion, salt& pepper.

    Drain fat.

    In a large pot place chile beans, water, tomatoe sauce, more salt& pepper, chile powder, sugar, The chile spice pkgs, redpepper flakes.

    Stir.

    Start to boil.

    Add ground chuck.

    Let simmer 1hr.

    to 1 1/2hrs.

    Cook spaghetti 3/4 box.

    Place in cold water.

    Add to chile after the cook time to your liking.

    I think Chile is always best the second day.
