- 2 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 2 Tbsp. each, seeded, chopped, canned green chiles and finely chopped green onion
- 1 c. shredded Jack cheese
- 2 Tbsp. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 flour tortillas
Directions

1Lightly mix chicken, green chiles, onions, cheese, sour cream and salt.

2Spread about 1/2 down the center of each tortilla, then roll it into a cylinder.

3Wrap lightly in a paper towel and heat in the microwave oven 30 to 45 seconds for each burrito until filling is bubbling.

4Let stand 1 minute before serving.
