- 2 lb. Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 (10 oz.) jar or salsa (mild or hot)

1Brown and drain sausage. Cut cheese into chunks.

2Add milk and cheese in top of double boiler and melt. Stir in sausage and salsa.
