- 1 c. American cheese
- 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. cream or evaporated milk
- 1 medium fresh tomato, chopped
- 1 or more fresh, frozen or canned green chiles, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
Directions

1Melt both cheeses together on low heat of electric surface unit.

2After cheese melts, add cream, stirring constantly.

3Add chopped tomato, chopped green chiles and garlic powder.

4Stir to blend all flavors.

5Add more cream if desired.

6Serve warm in skillet or chafing dish with Tostados.
